standard $20 million. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) located at
Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, has a requirement to provide personnel,
equipment, tools, materials and supervision to perform non-personal,
on-site engineering support for the in=house research and development
(R&D) programs of AFRL, Aerospace Components and Subjsystems Technology
Division (AFRL/SND). The facilities used to conduct the R&D programs at
AFRL/SND include but are not limited to: the Microelectronic Device
Research Facility, the Semiconductor Material Growth Facility, the
Semiconductor Materials Characterization Facility, the Multi-Chip
Packaging Lab, the Microelectronics Device Simulation, the Circuit
Design Facility and the Optical Device Laboratory. Requirement
initially announced under a sources sought for Maintenance and
Fabrication of Experimental ElectroOptics Test Equipment
(F33601-98-R9003) has been combined into this requirement. All
