DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Changes to this Pre-solicitation Notice are noted with asterisks: Schedule I: Replace 750-ton cooling tower and replace oil burners. Schedule II: Replace piping' values, controls and heat exchangers in 13 buildings. Abate asbestos containing material. *Schedules III: Construct additions to accommodate new make-up air units. Demolish existing HVAC systems and provide new split system heat pumps. Upgrade electrical. *Schedule IV: Provide new HVAC units and exhaust hood. Upgrade electrical. *Schedule V: Waterproof basement of 60,000 square foot facility. Expose and waterproof basement exterior walls and provide subsurface drainage system. *Schedules VI and VII: Renovate existing latrines, to include new showers and locker room, replace showers, toilets and lavatories. Modify plumbing and provide lighting. *Schedule VIII: Repair walls, install new wall coverings and chair rail, replace all ceiling tiles, and paint surfaces.
