Contractor shall provide the design for the tanks based on specifications provided in the solicitation. Some grading, site work and utility work is required. Bid documents are available on or about 13 August 1998. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. This solicitation includes bid options which may not be awarded.
