SLANA (Site Code W31XNJ) Provide Description of project: Construct an approximately 59,000 SF single story classified maintenance and storage facility. The facility must comply with DCID 1/21 Secure Facility Construction Requirements. Construction consists of two large storage bays accessed by rollup garage type doors and administrative office space. Construction is to consist of a masonry building to include office space, storage areas with concrete slab foundations, and standing seam metal roof. Heating and cooling of the entire space is to be provided. A 2 ton overhead crane will also be required. Work will include providing all utilities to new facility. Bidders, subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms are encouraged to register on the Internet to receive one CD-ROM.
