Thompson 253 589 4027 This is a pre-solicitation notice for a proposed contract for the slab to slab renovation of the third floor of Building 61 at the American Lake Division of the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. The Va is seeking a general contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the proposed contract. Work will include, but is not limited to, the following: demolition, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior walls, various interior finishes, upgrade of existing elevator, replacement of exterior windows. There will be a pre-bid site inspection on or about September 10, 1998.
