FAX (785)239-8983 (Site Code DAKF19) This notice represents a market survey to determine the availability and capability of Small (SB) and Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB's) to compete in a totally paperless envirement for an indefinite quantity contract for a 12 month base year and three one year options for the Base Wide Construction/Repair Projects, Job Order Contract (JOC) at Fort Riley, KS. It is the intent of the Government to afford interested parties the opportunity to present verbal proposals based upon a solicitation package, including specifications, that is only available via the internet by direct download from the Fort Riley Homepage combined with a Unit Price Book (UPB) that is only available on CD-Rom. Evaluation of the oral proposals will serve as the basis for developing the competitive range, with only those in the competitive range submitting formal written price proposals. We request that any SB and SDB's who are capable and willing to participate in this solicitation pelase E-mail a response to one of the above E-mail addresses.
