The lighting system for warehouses 1230 and 1251 will be provided with a high-low energy control system. The work also includes the replacement of several existing power and lighting distribution panelboards and feeders with new ones. All underground fed receptacle outlets, disconnect switch and starters for existing exhaust fans and unit heaters will be provided with new overhead feeders. As an enhancement to the existing power distribution system, new power distribution panelboards are being installed for the warehouses. Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The estimated time for completion is 735 days. This solicitation is restricted to small business concerns only.
