There will be no electrical power available at the site for the construction of this project. Also work includes earthworks for buildings; concrete for building construction; welding structural; structural steel; steel decking; miscellaneous metal; metal siding; structural standing seam metal roof (SSSMR) system; steel doors and frames; aluminum windows; builders hardware; glass and glazing and electrical work, interior -- grounding. The period of performance is 150 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business, SIC 1791 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
