All work associated with this installation shall be performed in compliance with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, American Petroleum Institute (API) Recommended Practices, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing such installations. The Standard Industrial code is 1791. The solicitation is 100% small business set-aside and size standard is 7 million dollars. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is S10.
