The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB FL intends to award a purchase order pursuant to FAR 12.6 for the purchase of commercial services as indicated below. Quotes are being requested. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price purchase order to provide aseptic cleaning services at the Child Development Center (bldg 1410), and the Youth Center (bldg 3223). The period of performance is from 1 Oct 98 30 Sep 99. This is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns under the standard industrial classification code 7349; the size standard is annual income being less than $12 Million. The non-personal services requested involve all labor, equipment, materials and services required to perform the requirements of the purchase order and Statement of Need. The Government intends to award a purchase order to the offeror who is found to be responsible, whose past performance is found to be acceptable, and who represents the best value to the Government considering price and price related factors.
