commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart
12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations
are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This
is a request for quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is
M6700199Q0005. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions
and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular
97-09. The proposed acquisition is a small business set-aside. The
standard industrial classification (SIC) code for this requirement is
3537 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Item 0001:
6 each- work assist vehicle. Battery operated work assist vehicles to
be utilized in a warehouse with narrow aisle bin storage areas.
Vehicles to have powered forward and reverse movement with two operator
controlled variable speeds, a forward-facing operator compartment which
is raised and lowered by operator controls, an approximately waist high
removable materials tray in front of the operators compartment which
raises and lowers with the operator, and a fixed materials deck under
the tray. Vehicles must be capable of operating and turning around in
storage aisles less than 6 feet wide. This requires a vehicle not more
than 60 inches long with a zero turning radius capability. Vehicles
must allow picking and put-away on shelves with heights varying from
floor level to 150" high. This requires that the operator platform be
not more than 11" high when lowered, and not less than 84" high when

interlock (operator platform will not raise above 20 inches if gates
are not closed.) emergency hydraulic lowering valve located not on or
in the operator compartment, raise and lower controls located both in
operator compartment and on main chassis or control panel to allow
raising and lowering with or without an operator on board. On-site prep
and operator instruction required. Delivery to be 60 days from date of

AND DFARS 252.225-7035 WITH THEIR QUOTE. The Offeror is required to
provide their Contractor's DUNS Number and Commercial and Government
Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for
that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are
required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration
