Services include mail distribution, travel order generation and delivery, incentive awards processing and specialized electronic message services. Performance is estimated to begin with phase-in by 3 January 2000, full performance by 17 January 2000, and will provide for a base year and four one-year option periods. Refer to N00244-99-R-0169. This procurement is being conducted under Commercial Activity OMB A-76 cost comparison guidelines. If government performance is determined to be more advantageous, the solicitation will be cancelled.
