Interested sources are sought for an OMB Circular A-76 Cost Comparison Study The intent of the study is to determine the most efficient and cost effective method of providing Personal Property Services within the Southwest Region. Services include, but are not limited to, entitlement counseling, inbound/outbound move management, non-temporary storage management and all other functions associated with the transportation of personal property. The solicitation for this requirement will be issued on or about 15 Jun 1999. This procurement is being conducted under Commercial Activity OMB A-76 cost comparison guidelines. If government performance is determined to be more advantageous, the solicitation will be cancelled.
