Note: Inclusion of Paperless Ordering Placement System (POPS) & Best Value Analysis into the National Purchase Agreement is in addition to and separate from the NPA's original mission of providing our customers an electronic ordering system (Electronic Ordering Entry-EOE) and associated electronic catalog of products. Using Best Value Analysis as an evaluation technique, DISC will load into POPS the complete or partial price list of an Offeror who after analysis has the best combination of pricing, past performance and quality performance per product line.
