The Corps of Engineers has a need for a construction contract for valve replacement and miscellaneous construction to include constructing new access tunnels in the dam, modification of the low flow conduits and intakes, installation of new 36" ring jet valves, ball valves, and associated piping for the low flow discharge system, fabrication of a maintenance bulkhead for the low flow conduit, replacement of existing 36" gate valves with 36" service and emergency ball valves and associated piping, concrete modifications in the inspection gallery at the sluice valves, and rehabilitation of the electrical system for the dam at Berlin Lake, Berlin Center, Portage and Mahoning Counties, Ohio.
