This project includes furnishing all plant, labor, and materials for Seal PCC Joints, Phase III. In general the work consist of cleaning and resealing the joints located on the airfield pavement. Period of performance is 30 calendar days. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the proposal due date with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials complete in accordance with the specifications.
