VENDOR OUTREACH SESSIONS VENDOR OUTREACH SESSIONS Are you interested in introducing your company to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)? Why not call for an appointment today for USDA's Vendor Outreach Sessions beginning June 16, 1999 and every second Wednesday of the month thereafter. The sessions will be held from 8-11 AM in the rear of the South Building Cafeteria (1400 Independence Avenue, SW) and are FREE. The purpose of these sessions is to provide the small business community the opportunity to meet with officials in each of USDA's purchasing agencies to discuss their capabilities and learn of potential procurement opportunities. To make your time with us more productive, you are encouraged to carefully review USDA's Vendor Outreach page at (www.usda.gov/da/smallbus/vos.htm) to first determine your areas of interest. The vendor outreach page will provide information on the kinds of products and services USDA buys and contacts in those various agencies. Vendors must schedule an appointment in advance with the USDA agency representative(s).
