Contractor shall provide all personnel, test equipment (exceptions noted in SOW), tools, software, supervision, labor, parts, materials and other items and services necessary to perform all maintenance as prescribed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and all on-call maintenance of UPS hardware and batteries, to include logical, electrical, logistical, and mechanical assemblies. The contractor shall perform all preventive and remedial maintenance on a scheduled and on-call basis. The UPS' involved are USSTRATCOM assets in various locations of Buildings 500 and 501,, 522, and 597 at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.
