The work, in general, consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all operations in connection with Repair HVAC Building 892, Eglin AFB FL. The project includes but is not limited to removing, ductwork, air handling unit, boiler, piping and pump. The new work will be installing new air handling unit, condensing unit, duct work, controls, boiler, pump and associated wiring. The roof shall be insulated with 6" insulation. The contractor shall provide a complete working system. Performance period is 90 calendar days. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment complete in accordance with the plans and specifications. Request for Quote (RFQ) opening date of 27 August 1999 IS ONLY AN ESTIMATED DATE. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after RFQ opening with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
