The work, in general, consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all operations in connection with Install Hoist at Building 999, Eglin AFB FL. The project includes but is not limited to demolition of existing monorail bus system, removal of existing 5-ton monorail hoist, installation of two (2) new monorail hoists/carrier assemblies and trolley trucks, new monorail rail bus bar electriciation, load testing, equipment start-up, training and operation manuals. Performance period is 90 calendar days. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment complete in accordance with the plans and specifications. Request for Quote (RFQ) opening date of 27 August 1999 IS ONLY AN ESTIMATED DATE. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after RFQ opening with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
