U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Water (OW),
Office of Wetlands, Oceans, and Watersheds (OWOW), Oceans and Coastal
Protection Division (OCPD) has a requirement for a technical support
contract. OCPD support is required in specific program areas including
the National Estuary Program, ocean disposal, pollution control,
technology transfer, marine debris, coral reefs, and impact assessments
and monitoring of marine discharges. The successful contractor shall be
capable of performing field work, laboratory analysis, environmental,
ecological and health risk assessments, data base development and
modeling, and other technical support tasks. The EPA anticipates a cost
type, level of effort contract, for a base period of one year and two
option periods of one year each for a total contract period of
performance of three years. Each contract period will consist of
approximately 57,000 professional man-hours. All responsible sources
who submit a proposal will be considered by the Agency. Solicitation
