Program for Air Force. Robins Air Force Base, Georgia is procuring an
Air Force requirement for overhaul of aircraft tow tractors. Resultant
contract will consist of one Basic Contract Period of 12 months and 4
Annual Option Periods. Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) will be as
follows: 7EA for Basic Contract Period; 51EA for Annual Option I; 57EA
for Annual Option II; 32EA for Annual Option III; and 28EA for Annual
Option IV. Requirments-type contract with firm-fixed- prices. The
contractor shall provide all supplies and services necessary to
overhaul MB-2 and U-30 type of tow tractors. Procurement is set aside
100% for small business participation only. The Request for Proposal
F09603-00-R-71601, will be available only by visiting the Robins PK

appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will
maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The
Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the
