The acquisition is for a computerized automated medication distribution system that would effectively eliminate the time registered nurses or health care providers take to manually count the level of medications in the clinics. This system will automatically give a computerized printout of what medications were dispensed, when they were dispensed and by whom they were dispensed. This automated medication distribution system will be used to support the Edwards AFB Pharmacy when closed.
