E-MAIL: Carolyn Hudson, hudsonc@eglin.af.mil. Eglin AFB FL has a requirement for Repairs to Climatic Lab, Building 440, Eglin AFB FL. This project includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials to make Repairs to Climatic Lab, Building 440, Eglin AFB FL. In general, work consists of installation of rectifiers; test stations, anodes, outdoor equipment enclosures, and associated cable. The work will also consist of electrical and safety upgrades which will consist of the removal and new installation of a steel ladder system with an OSHA compliance fall protection system. This ladder system is for access from a mechanical room to a mezzanine level. This project also includes the removal and installation of a partial 600 amp busway system which currently conflicts with ladder system. Further electrical work is required for power receptacles in conjunction with cathodic protection system control panels to be located on the exterior of building. Performance period is 90 calendar days. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
