Work includes, but is not limited to: addition of a two inch pipe bypass line from the absorber's six inch HTHW supply line to the inboard blanked four inch pipe flange, located on the HTHW return header. A one-inch control valve will be installed in the bypass line. Also, a two-inch bypass line will be added between the HTHW supply and return headers located on the East wall with a one and one-half inch pressure relief valve. Also, two Government furnished pressure relief valves must be replaced/welded/threaded to top of secondary heat exchanger. Additionally, sections of asbestos pipe insulation must be removed and two (2) two-inch NPT valves must be replaced. *Request For Quote will be available on the EPS website (www.eps.gov) on or about 10 Dec 99.
