Remove and properly dispose of: regulated ACM, Built up roofs and roof framing members, mechanical and electrical systems, all walls, reinforced structual members, and CMU, concrete floor slabs, foundation walls and footings, underground pipe trench, piping, wiring and conduit, exterior utilities connected to buildings, wiring and underground conduit, high temperature hot water line, sidewalks, paths and parking facilities. Demolish sanitary sewer lines and water lines. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. This acquisition is set-aside solely for HUB Zone concerns in accordance with FAR 19.202-2.
