This requirement will consist of firm fixed price line items and requirement line items utilizing time and materials line items. A base year with two option periods is contemplated. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to inspect, maintain, and repair overhead cranes and hoist. Cranes/Hoist are from 2 to 7 1/2 tons. Description of cranes/hoists are as follows: Electrolift hoist, Yale Hoist, Gaffey Cranes, Chester Hoist Chain, Duff Norton Hoist, Wright Hoist, Royce Crane, Shaw Box, Shepard Niles Hoist, Robbins & Myers Crane/Hoist, Whiting Crane, Kone Hoist, and Desaza Crane. Inspection of cranes/hoist will consist of inspecting all components and parts, furnish lubricants, inspect brakes, check switches, check fluid levels, check hydraulic system, inspect/repair collectors & conductor bars, inspect welding seams, etc. Also, contractor shall perform load test. Contractor shall have experience in this type work and be a certified contractor capable of performing such services. SIC is 7699, size standard is $5Million/500 Employees. Therefore, for the purpose of determining Small Business Size, the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $5 Million.
