Dinners required Monday to Thursday evenings, 6:00 P.M. 7:30 P.M., 6-9 Mar 00. Up to 10 breakfast might be required for early arrivals on Monday, 6 Mar 00 7:00 A.M. 9:00 A.M. Up to 10 dinners might be required for late departures Friday 10 Mar 00, 6:00 P.M. 7:30 P.M. Contracted lunches are required Tuesday to Friday, 7-10 Mar 00 for approximately 100 people. Request that two to four sites be used for contracted lunches. Lunch time 12:00 P.M. 1:15 P.M. each day. Possible sites to be within same boundaries as the hotel. Up to 10 lunches might be required for early arrivals on 6 Mar 00, 12:00 P.M. 1:30P.M. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items: The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror conforming to the solicitation that will be the best value to the Government, considering factors will be, capacity to house all participants, location to the Naval Air Station, physical security, and the ability to feed approximately 100 people.
