The U.S. Southern Command located in Miami, Florida has a requirement for hotel rooms in Miami, Florida for the period, 25 Feb 00 16 Mar 00.Hotel must provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the same time frame as the hotel rooms. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items: The Government will award a purchase order resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror conforming to the solicitation that will be the best value to the Government, considering factors will be, capacity to house all participants, physical security, and the ability to feed approximately 100 people.
