The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division has a requirement to obtain Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) services for the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) training device systems. This support will require those services necessary for full scale or partial development of a fully integrated logistics support program, monitoring of NAWCTSD awarded contracts for contractor compliance, the conduct of technological assessments, performance of analysis studies and identification of problem areas and recommendations for alternative solutions. The procurement will be conducted as an 8 (a) HUBZone set-aside. Offers from other than 8(a) HUBZone certified contractors will not be considered. A single award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with provisions for firm fixed price, cost plus fixed fee and time and materials delivery orders is anticipated. The Government will award the contract to the offeror who provides the most beneficial mix of technical approach, price, and performance risk assessment factors. The contract period of performance will be 60 months and the planned contract ceiling is $15M. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8711 and the respective small business size standard is 500 employees.
