The Army requires a contract for Grounds Maintenance for High Visual and Cantonment Areas at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The services shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following: (1) Police, mow, and trim High Visual and Cantonment Areas; (2) Litter collection and removal; and Edging of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and other surfaced areas. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid that will be considered. The SIC is 0782. Services shall commence 1 April 2000 or within 10 calendar days after contract award, whichever is later, and continue through 31 March 2001. This contract contains options to extend the term of the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
