The Doubletree is at 1775 E. Cheyenne Mountain Blvd at the southwest corner of Interstate 25 and Circle Drive, Exit 138. Allow enough driving time for rush hour traffic and road construction on Interstate 25. Please submit questions in writing during Industry Day. The large number of expected participants and tight briefing schedule favors a written format. We will make every attempt to respond to the written non-proprietary/unclassified questions during Industry Days. However, the responses will be formalized for all industry through the Electronic Posting System (www.eps.gov) and CD ROM. releases. The format for questions is attached below. The Volume 1 Bidders Library CD will be available at Industry Day. On Wednesday, 22March, 50 SW and SWC staff will be available for brief, one-on-one proprietary meetings with contractors. A sign up sheet for these meetings will be available at Industry Day. A description of the topic and purpose of the meeting must be provided and coordinated with 50 CONS or SWC prior to scheduling the meetings. These meetings are for the purpose of airing proprietary questions and concerns and discussing initiatives and will be limited to 15 minutes per company. We will not entertain marketing presentations of company capabilities at these meetings. Out of town visitors will be given priority for these meetings.
