The contractor shall provide labor, material/parts, equipment and supplies necessary to provide AudioVisual support and associated network equipment maintenance in support of the Battle Command Training Program (BCTP) Seminar Facility at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The contractor shall ensure that the audio visual equipment is ready to support approximately 22 seminars and other functions as identified. A seminar is an 8 day conference using simulation support and classroom instruction conducted in the BCTP Seminar Facility (BSF). It is critical that all BSF equipment is fully functioning during the seminar periods. Contractor shall provide the technical capability to perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance to support the functions conducted in the BSF. Contractor shall provide telephone help desk. If unable to identify and resolve problems telephonically a trained technician will provide support on site. This work shall be performed on the A/V equipment at Ft Leavenworth Kansas. This willbe a time and materials contract with a base plus 2 option years. This acquisition is open and unrestricted.
