The Navsea,Indian Head, Detachment Earle, has a requirement for an environmental chamber to support environmental test efforts. The interior dimensions shall provide a 96 inch wide x 96 inch high x 360 inch deep clear usable work space. The chamber shall provide conditioned air in the temperature range of -85F(-65C) to +185F(85C). Controllable relative humidity shall be in the range of 10 to 95 percent. A digital programmer/controller is required. Output capability shall include data logging via an RS-232 serial interface connector. The solicitation has an statement of work and a sketch drawing. The requirement will result to a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Award shall be based on "Best Value". The Government will determine best overall value on the basis of the following Evaluation Factors (in descending order of importance): (1) Offeror Submission; (2) Offeror Capability (3) Price.
