This acquisition has been set aside as a 100% competitive small business acquisition. Eglin AFB FL, has a requirement for the dredging of Ben's Lake Channel, Eglin AFB, FL, Okaloosa County, Florida. This project includes furnishing all plant; labor, equipment and materials to dredge Ben's Lake Channel and provide construction and maintenance of spoil containment. In general, work consists of removing existing; accomplishment of environmental controls and the disposal of spoil materials complete. The lump sum contract price shall include the cost of performing the work as shown on the drawing and as specified hereafter. The estimated dollar range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Performance period is 30 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Agency. Firms responding shall indicate if they are a small business. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials complete in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Quote closing date of 15 May 00 IS AN ESTIMATED DATE.
