Award will be made based upon the "Best Value" to the Government in accordance 15.3. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposed price. This project includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with providing and securing a replacement of the seawall at Site A-13, Eglin AFB FL. In general, the work will consist of replacement of the seawall; accomplishment of environmental controls and the disposal of spoil materials, complete. Proposal due date of 26 JUNE 2000 IS ONLY AN ESTIMATED DATE. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
