The Contractor will be responsible for Analysis and Evaluation of Nuclear Weapon Surety, Safety, and Use Control Policies/Execution and Command and Control Procedures, which includes: (1) providing recommendations and solutions relative to Shore Facilities, Submarine Launched Ballistics Missiles (SLBMs), and other nuclear weapon systems that utilize SSP facilities; (2) Inspections which include: Nuclear Weapon Technical Inspections (NWTI), Completion Inspections (CI), and Radiological Affairs Support Program (RASP) inspections; (3) planning and execution of nuclear weapon system exercises; (4) provide Nuclear Weapon Oversight Board administrative and technical support; (5) updating and maintaining nuclear weapons surety documentation; (6) providing management and planning support concerning the policies of nuclear weapon surety and evaluations and assessment of consolidation/streamlining of nuclear weapons surety, use control, policy and logistic support; documentation, management, and planning support; (7) provide assessments/ implementation of Nuclear Weapon System Safety policies and Nuclear Weapon System Execution; (8) provide reviews of external policies and directives concerning SLBM (and other nuclear weapons which utilize SSP facilities) nuclear weapon use control; and (9) provide command and control analysis and emergency action documentation support for USSTRATCOM (J-33) and Onsite at CTF144/CTF134 (and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) if required).
