Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified contractors for the renovation of an existing building located in San Luis Obispo, CA. The work includes asbestos abatement of existing basement and workroom floor tile, piping insulation and roofing; demolish existing mechanical penthouse and HVAC system throughout the building and install a new HVAC system, paint interior and exterior of building, provide handicap ramp and stairs, new lobby entry door, new wrought iron window grilles, new light fixtures in basement area, and provide new roofing waterproof membrane.
