Clamshell maintenance dredging of approximately 165,000 cubic yards of shoal material from the Bay Center Entrance Channel at Willapa Harbor, Washington. Dredging must be completed within three weeks of the start of dredging. Dredged materials will be transported by bottom-dump barge for disposal at the WDNR managed Cape Shoalwater open-water disposal area located west of Toke Point and north of US Coast Guard buoy number 13. Dredged materials will be placed to nourish eroding nearshore berm. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-ROM format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or about 16 June 2000 at no charge per set. EBS CD-ROM disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
