The Bureau of Land Management, Northern Field Office has a requirement for a remodel of an existing computer room. Work consists of removing and installing walls, ceilings, raised flooring and appurtenances. An 8-Ton Government-furnished Liebert cooling system is to be removed and reinstalled requiring new piping. Work will involve the sprinkler system, HVAC, Halon suppression system, electrical, lighting, and appurtenances. Temporary cooling will also be required. Work on site will be restricted to the dates between August 15, 2000, and October 15, 2000. The computer room electronic equipment will be required to remaining operational during the work.
