The work to be performed consists of miscellaneous renovations and repairs to the Eagle Butte Hospital and the Cherry Creek and Whitehorse Health Stations. Work at the Eagle Butte Hospital, Eagle Butte, SD, includes electrical, mechanical, site work, and general construction. The work also includes design and installation of a new wet pipe sprinkler system and coordination with the existing fire protection system. An experienced fire sprinkler firm with a minimum qualification of a National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level III shall perform the fire sprinkler work. Work to be performed at the health stations located in Cherry Creek, SD and White Horse, SD include: electrical, mechanical, site work, and general construction. The plans and specifications use International System of Units (SI) metric equivalent measurements. The Government will consider multiple awards. Project completion time is estimated to be 140 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
