PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- TO NOTIFY CONTRACTORS OF A FORTHCOMING SOLICITATION -- Title: CONSTRUCT WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM AND SUNSHADE, LOWER BAKER TOWERS, AT THE NAVAL AIR WEAPONS STATION, CHINA LAKE, CA. -- The contractor will be required to construct a wastewater collection system. The collection system includes reinforced concrete combat tank wash pad, sand trap, storage pit, storage tank, chain link fence and gate, water supply utility and electrical power supply. Project includes construction of a galvanized steel sunshade structure. The SIC Code is 1542, with a related small business standard of $17.0 Million. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. Project completion time is 120 calendar days. This Solicitation is unrestricted. -- Potential bidders should request IFB N68711-00-B-8738 over the Internet at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil as an Electronic Bid Solicitation (EBS).
