Contractor must furnish all parts, tools materials, facilities, labor, and transportation necessary to upgrade exterior paint. Bldg. 165: Contractor will replace existing soffit in accordance with details. Paint textured surface, same paint scheme. Paint wooden fences, bollards and wooden building on the West Side of Bldg. 165. Bldg. 598: Contractor will paint exterior same paint scheme. Bldg. D (301, West End): Contractor will paint exterior same paint scheme, place snow guards on roof accordance with details. The project number is SGBP-00-0053. The Standard Industrial Classification code and small business size standard is: 1721, $7.0 million. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
