This project includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and perform all work and all operations required to Construct Office Building for Chicken Little, Eglin AFB FL. In general, the work includes Construction of a new, 4500 square foot, single story office building; Site preparations, like concrete sidewalks, 30-space asphalt parking lot, and curbing; Connections to existing utilities in the vicinity of the site. The structure is to be a metal building frame on slab on grade. The exterior finishes are to be metal roof and combination CMU and metal panel exterior walls. Performance period is 180 calendar days. This is a "Trade-Off" contract. Award will be made based upon the "Best Value" to the Government in accordance with FAR 15.101. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed price. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
