STATEMENT OF WORK : The work consists of furnishing all paint, labor, equipment, and materials, and performing all operations in connection with the removal of rubber from the runway and the application of airfield paints and reflective media to the airfield at Offutt AFB NE, in accordance with this specification, schedule of accomplishment, and provisions of this contract. The standard industrial classification code is 1731 and small business size standard is $7,000,000. The estimated dollar threshold of this project is between 50 and 100k. This action is 100% set aside for small business. Work needs to start no later than 14 July with an expected completion date of 23 July 2000. A site visit will be conducted 20 June 2000 09:00A.M. Contractors requesting a site visit are instructed to contact Mr. Keith R. Welch no later than 15 June 2000. Contractors are also instructed to provide names of all individuals attending site visit no later than 15 June 2000 4:00P.M. (central time).
