This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA4416-00-T0406 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. This is a 100% small business set aside. The SIC code is 2879. The size standard is 500. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that pest control services are performed at Andrews AFB MD in accordance with the DRAFT Description of Work. FAR 52.237.1 Site Visit and FAR 52.228-5 Insurance -- Work on a Government Installation, is applicable to this acquisition.
