Channel Islands Air Guard Station (AGS), Port Hueneme, CA has a requirement to replace one commercial chiller located at building 118. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, transportation and materials necessary to replace the existing Dunham-Bush Model: AC20A0, Serial: 71413701A89J, FO: 714137-1, Comp Motor: (1)204UPHF/460/3P/601, Condenser Motors: (2 EA) .75 HP 460 26" blade, and 1.5 HP 460 30" blade. Equipment and materials shall be suitable for installation in available space. The existing chiller is setting on a concrete slab 6' X 16'. Equipment shall be furnished complete in all details and shall be of such materials, design, construction, finish, performance and durability to conform in all respects to commercial standards of mechanical and electrical workmanship. Installation shall conform to all federal, state, local, and safety codes. All equipment shall be made compatible to form a system meeting manufacturer's performance specifications.
