Award will be made based upon the "Best Value" to the Government in accordance with FAR 15.3. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposed price. This project includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all operations in connection with Replacing Water Main Valves, Eglin AFB FL. In general, the work will consist of furnishing all materials and equipment to replace various water main valves on Eglin Main Base. This project will include all associated equipment and materials necessary to replace old, deteriorated, non-functioning water valves as shown on the drawings. Proposal due date of 1 September 2000 IS ONLY AN ESTIMATED DATE. Estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 160 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by theagency. This is a paperless acquisition.
