Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant labor, equipment and materials to repair and refinish exterior doors, install new handrails in various buildings at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Work also includes installing wainscoting in the Conference room in Building 226; replacing floor tile at the Main Post Chapel; and removing and replacing two doors and painting the second floor ceiling in Building 44; Note Lead-based paint removal and disposal regulations apply. Also note Asbestos Abatement regulations apply to removal of floor tile. Government-owned electric power and water systems are available for use, but backflow preventors shall be installed when Government water systems are used. Site Visit time and location will be indicated in the solicitation. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard for a small business concern including its affiliates is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $17 million.
