Description of Work: This is an unrestricted procurement. The work includes renovation of the West Stands of Michie Stadium to provide column base fixity in accordance with the plans and specifications. The purpose of this project is to complete the first Phase of a multi-phased project to upgrade the Lateral Force Resisting System of Michie Seismic in accordance with current seismic codes. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: excavation around column bases, column wraps, rock bolting, utility relocation/replacement and final grading/paving in a constrained space beneath the West Stands of Michie Stadium. The SIC Code for this procurement is 1799 with a size standard of $11.5 million. The estimated construction cost of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
